Just for the record, there is also simscan from
inter7, althought I never get it working with my qmail-ldap
installation in my production environment (Debian Woody,
using ClamAV and SpamAssassin3).
Sounds like simscan it pretty faster than
qmail-scanner because of the programming language, simscan
is written using C and qmail-scanner using perl.
