Apart from the fact that "number.fax" doesn't look like a valid domain,
you can try setting up one catch-all account for your domain and specify
a program delivery line there, so all mails to that domain should be
processed with the program you specify. I don't know how qmail-ldap
handles subdomains, if it would be possible to specify "fax" as a domain
(I assume you use that only in your intranet?) and let qmail-ldap ignore
every subdomain, so that all mails to *.tld will be caught by one
catch-all account.
Still, the whole idea of using an invalid domain name doesn't look nice
to me at all, it's just a really bad way of abusing an e-mail address.
Why don't you just use [EMAIL PROTECTED] You can specify the name in
the From: header, like you do in regular emails.
