My ldap server doesnt accept user logins, when i
tried it from a firewall box. So, it accepts only
anonymous logins.
Can anyone tell me how will i tell me ldap server to
allow user to login. Or Can i send a mail through
anonymous login???

It is server specific.
Which LDAP server are you using?
If you are using OpenLDAP server, you need to configure
it in slapd.conf.
