SOLVED! it was my dumb mistake in setup LDAP user account, mistakenly put wrong mailhost!
btw, i cannot do netcat or tcpdump, those machine are in vmware, they just frezze when i ran either of it in promiscuous mode, otherwise they captured nothing. and i confirm that the qmqpc talk to qmqpd, nothing is wrong with them. big thanks Claudio & Aiko for pointing me to the right direction!
