Just because of some rumors you plan to mix two mailsystems that work
completely different. That's silly. First of all is your qmail-ldap system
too slow? What is too slow? Have you tuned qmail-ldap?

The only way to mix the two is on two different machines. There is no way
to mix the qmail-ldap local delivery methode with postfix without
rewriting one or both MTAs and create a new MTA at the end.

In both cases you need to get the mails form one queue into the other.
That does not work. As I said the only way is two use two mail systems.
E.g. one for the customers to send out mails and one to receive mail.
