Depends on what you understand of mailHost. Its a host where your mails
are stored.

If all mails are stored on one location, its quite easy. For three
servers on different locations, you can do something like this.
Have mailhosts like:
main.example.com 10 (if this one exist)
delhi.example.com 20
mum.example.com 30
channai.example.com 40
list all of them with distances as shown, as MX in DNS for example.com
as shown above. All mail servers will use same LDAP server. Adjust
mailHost for each mail address as you want in LDAP.

from on location to otherlocation with same @example.c domain how to

This is first solution that came to my mind. But if Internet
connectivity on all locations is good, why not go for one server?
