If a client doesn’t support rtf message he received clear text message with winmail.dat that contains instruction how to format included text.

I use SimScan with clamav and enable custom smtp reject patch
But  this problem   is some time

Sometime I received or sending mail with  Attachment,  But Attachment   
change  with name   Winmail.dat.
 
What Problem My Mail Server ?
