Well, it's been a long time now but I still can't figure it out. I have
patched my qmail-ldap server (the qmail-ldap-patched qmail-1.03 directory in
/usr/local/src) with the patch from the link Gennady gave me. First I tried
to send email with accountStatus "active". It worked. Second, I changed the
accountStatus with "localonly". When I sent email, I got the following error
message :

correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining

The rejected e-mail address was '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'. Subject 'tes localonly
2', Account: 'mail.gladiol.co.id', Server:
