I made a test and confirm that the problem you report is exist if you
use alias as a target.
The solution is add two line for supp...@example.com like following:
# cat bigbrother
supp...@example.com:us...@example.com
supp...@example.com:us...@example.com

This is not normal. Did you include supportgr...@example.com group to
