A while ago, I posted to the list about getting QQ temporary errors because
Sophos sweep was thinking files were corrupt.  I have contacted Sophos, and
the issue is that these files are password protected (usually zip archives).
The error status is 2, when it sees one of these files.  Earlier it was
mentioned that this error status could be put on the list of "trusted"
errors.  First, do we want to do that, since "file corrupted" seems like it
needs to be addressed rather than corrupted? Second, if we do want to trust
this error, how do you go about adding it to the list of trusted errors?
