[Qmail-scanner-general]reformime error

I was upgrading to Qmail-scanner 1.21 when I got this error while running configure:   Continue? ([Y]/N) y ** FATAL ERROR ***   /usr/bin/reformime contains bugs. Please upgrade to a release that post-dates Mar 22 2002 (e.g. 1.3.8)     I checked reformime as follows:     mail:/usr/local/src/qmail-scanner-1.12# reformime -v $Id: reformime.c,v 1.38 2001/11/26 04:03:51 mrsam Exp $ mail:/usr/local/src/qmail-scanner-1.12# which reformime /usr/bin/reformime mail:/usr/local/src/qmail-scanner-1.12# Is v. 1.38 not the one it is asking for?
