It probably doesn't. Such memory issues are mainly a concern of the
antivirus scanner you use - not Q-S that calls it. Most (all?) scanners will
scan the files in a "window" - so 5, 10, 1000 Mb - it doesn't matter, the
scanner will peak out at a max memory requirement 5-15Mb...
