As has been said, QMAILQUEUE must be set correctly before Qmail will call qmail-scanner-queue.pl. Normally people only want that to happen when their Qmail server is connected to via SMTP - hense the setting of that environment variable witin tcpserver rules files. If you want to use it from the Unix shell, then you'll need to set QMAILQUEUE yourself. If you want it for all users on your system, then you should set it within /etc/profile and the likes. If you looked inside test_installation.sh, you'd see that QMAILQUEUE was set explicitly. > > But everytime test_installation.sh being run, Q-S catched it..
