I (respectfully :) disagree with CertaintyTech Ed
the error:
  /var/spool/qmailscan/web.ifka.dk103055581442323040/1030555814.2304

looks to me less like a clamscan problem and more like a permission problem. 
Who owns the /var/spool/qmailscan/ dir?
What UID is qmail-scanner runnign as?
