We all have mail with viruses that slip through every now and then,
either the dat files weren't updated, or the virus scanner was off for a
while....
or, just old mail that predates the qmail-scanner install still lurking,
and every now and then, when users add their accounts back on a freshly
imaged computer, it downloads all existing mail, infecting the pc if
virus scanner is not running....

this can all be a pain for us...

so, is there a way we can call qmail-scanner to run on existing mail in
users /home/username/Maildir directories?

there is always the option of launching the virus scanner, on the
shell(say daily, or weekly, just to be sure..)
but that will not catch any of the attatchments in existing mail.

Any suggestions on what to do to qmail-scanner-queue.pl to force it to
scan all /Maildir's

heck, it wouldn't hurt if it deleted the spam too :-)
