All that is missing is a radio button that will automatically setup the
filters, right now you have to enter the filter for the spamassassin header
manually, eventually I'll write that part up ;) and give the user 3 options:

1. do nothing or let me setup my own filters
2. move all my spam into a Junk folder
3. move all my spam to the Trash folder

If someone else want's to do this feel free ;)
