Hi, F-Prot and SpamAssassin should just work if they are installed prior to qmail-scanner.
You can use smtproutes (/var/qmail/control/smtproutes) to route the email to the correct server after the initial scanning. One thing to keep in mind is that a lot of spammers ignore the MX presidence and will send to any MX or all MX hosts listed. What we ended up doing was removing all MX records except the qmail-scanner machine, and then forwarding the email after it's scanned with entries in smtproutes.
