I didn't quite find anything that fitted what I wanted to do, so I
thought I'd post here. Sorry if it's been posted before.

My spamassassin works absolutely fine, that's not at issue here. I was
reading through the docs for qmail-scanner, and thought wahoo, I've just
thought of a good way to quarantine spam, using qmail-scanner.. then
found unfortunately that my method didn't work.

What I did was add the following line to quarantine-attachments.txt

Yes Virus-X-Spam-Status: Spam filtered by SpamAssassin

So basically I was trying to quarantine mail that had been tagged by
Spam Assassin. Then after looking at the qmail-queue log I realized
that Spam Assassin is called after this point. It does all this
checking way before it gets to Spam Assassin.

Question: Is it difficult to change the order of the scanning so Spam
Assassin is called before the point that it does the processing of the
quarantine-attachments section??

If this is possible I believe I've found a way to kill spam at the
server, without using maildrop or procmail both of which I really don't
want to use if at all possible.

Any suggestions/comments/alternative ways??
