Simon, What are the config setting for spamc in your qmail-scanner-queue.pl file?
Also do you have spamd running and what options did you use for it? I found that the -F 0 option has be removed from the newest version of spamd these are the options I'm using in my testing -d -x -q -D -u spamd Note that the -D is for my debugging only and will be removed from production.
