You can use maildrop or procmail to filter tagged emails:
Have
"|/usr/local/bin/maildrop ./path/to/mailfilter"
in your .qmail and set MAILDIR according to $RECIPIENT
then the receipe (maildrop):
-----
if (/^X-Spam-Status: Yes.*/)
{
to "$MAILDIR.SPAM/"
exit
}
-----
of course you can do other neat things once you have a general filter
for all user... :)
