Hi all, good day. I followed the direction correctly in installing qmailscanner.. but i don't think it's working.. the test script works.. i think the virus scanner caught the one with the virus...
qmail is working fine.. able to send and receive. also installed Qmailqueue patch.. i have this in /etc/tcp.smtp 127.0.0.1:allow, RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue" 10.48.92.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl" did qmailctl cdb added QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner.pl" export QMAILQUEUE in /etc/profile and/or /service/smtpd/run restarted qmail... edited the /var/spool/quarentine-attachement.txt to block .exe attachements, did /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl -g as qmaild and root... work fine. but when i send a message with an exe attachemnt it can get through without qmailscanner knowing that there is an exe attachement.. apparantly. please help.. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.NET email is sponsored by: SourceForge Enterprise Edition + IBM + LinuxWorld = Something 2 See! http://www.vasoftware.com _______________________________________________ Qmail-scanner-general mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/qmail-scanner-general
