u need that line QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl for qmail
to work :) and those 192.0:allow ................
then do tcprules /etc/tcp.smtp.cdb /etc/tcp.smtp.tmp < /etc/tcp.smtp
then RE-Start Qmail
