Sorry I don't have much time to look into this right now, but yeah, turns
out I'm using an outdated version ("Version 3.0 build 135.3"), which is
what my subs were designed to work with. I briefly tried out the latest
4.x version today, and yeah, it didn't work out of the box. Kaspersky
makes a decent product, but their consistency and documentation really
sucks. If you want it to work and work fast, I'd recommend downloading
the 3.0 version I'm using. It still gets updates with no problem; I
haven't had a reason to upgrade. Hopefully I'll have some time to look at
the latest version.
