Why does the tempfail procedure exit with an errorcode of 111?
Reading qmail-queues manpage says the following about the exitcode:
EXIT CODES
qmail-queue does not print diagnostics. It exits 0 if it has
successfully queued the message. It exits between 1 and 99
if it has failed to queue the message.
further:
All qmail-queue error codes between 11 and 40 indicate
permanent errors:

All other qmail-queue error codes indicate temporary errors:
[snipped the codes]
So shouldn't qmail-scanner exit with an errorcode between 1 to 10 or 41
to 99?
