Not possible. Qmail's API doesn't allow for any text to flow back to
qmail-smtpd. Q-S could be written to cause permanent failures, but then the
bounce generated would just say that a "permanent error has occurred" - no
mention of why...

That's why Q-S has to generate the email alert.
