How SpamAssassin is called has nothing to do with the local_domains_array
variable. What you are seeing is that SpamAssassin crashed/failed for some
reason, and Q-S defaults that to "0/0". 

That is just wrong. I originally had mails that SA crashed/failed on to
report as "?/?" - which shows you something went wrong. However, someone
managed to convince me that was wrong - so I changed it to "0/0". Now I
think I made a mistake. Next release shows the return of "?/?"! :-)
