Hi,

A lot of companies want the ability to allow certain users to only send
"internal" email while others can send "internal" and "external".

So far the best approach we could identify is to filter the mail before it
is added to the queue and simply reject outbound mail for certain sender and
return addresses. (Not 100% fool proof but should stop most windows kiddies)

qmail-scanner seems like the ideal tool to do this with.

1) In addition to AV scanners or SA can qmail-scanner also run my custom
script to determine if a message is to be added to the queue, quarantined or
deleted?

2) Can anyone point me in the right direction, I will gladly share the
end-result with everybody - could be a nice addition to the qmail-scanner
site. :)

I look forward to your feedback.

Regards
Gert Steyn
