The problem is the after.log says that there are no sender or recips defined - so there's no point in running any longer - so it cleans up and exits. I'm afraid I don't know what the problem is. You upgraded "something" and now Q-S is broken... Was perl upgraded? Qmail? Who knows - I certainly don't...
