I cannot see how that can happen. If you send ONE message via SMTP to a Qmail-Scanner server, then it will be scanned ONE time. If that message is then delivered to ezmlm, and it then sends out to 10,000 recipients, then Qmail-Scanner would not be called for those recips. ...unless you have defined QMAILQUEUE in other places such as /etc/profile - so it is defined when ezmlm calls qmail-send/etc...
