Doesn't getmail support re-injecting via SMTP? That would answer all
your problems. Just ensure tcpserver sets QMAILQUEUE for 127.0.0.1
(probably QS_SPAMASSASSIN too), and configure getmail to deliver via
SMTP to 127.0.0.1. That way it also has SpamAssassin run over it
(assuming you have SA installed when you configured Q-S of course)

[BTW: don't ask me anything else about getmail - I don't use it :-)]
