I have found the following error in my qmail-smtpd log: X-Qmail-Scanner-1.20:[www.ie-post.com107408483646114440] clamuko: corrupt or unknown clamd scanner error or memory/resource/perms problem - exit status 2
I tried increasing the softlimit in the qmail-smtpd run script but this had no effect.
