We've got spam assassin setup to scan via qmail scanner

$  spamc -f -c  -d adblocker  < 1075244831.1972.4zSQ\:2\,S
25.2/5.0

It's tagging as spam, however this email didn't get marked as spam by the
system. A lot of email gets marked as spam and a lot of it doesn't. When
using spamc manually it always gets marked as spam.

Where are some places I can look into to try to track this down?

Note: We're doing round robin with three spamd hosts and all three mark the
mail as spam. These machines are heavily loaded.
