Well, is not my case because I use qmail-scanner-queue (C wrapper) instead of 
qmail-scanner-queue.pl.
I've changed to 777 /var/spool/qmailscan and seems to work but the spamassassin can't 
rewrite subject to ****SPAM**** (my local.cf has rewrite_subjects set to 1)
