Could it be that you're running the daemonized version of Kaspersky's AVP?

If so, I wonder if it's buggy and it's showing you the virus infection of
ANOTHER message within the scanned results of a clean message?

What you are seeing isn't something I can explain of WRT Qmail-Scanner...
