Hello, I'm getting a strange problem since 15 days ago now. So i hope you will help me out ! I have find by my friend "Google" few informations, about Qmail-Scanner, and the Setuid problem caught by perl-suid and a vulnerabilities. I come to ask you how to get qmail-scanner to work. I have try a lot of thing, i have installa gain again anda gain many times the servers (5 times), i have try with Sarge and Woody release, so, i have never find my Mail server ready to work. I'm using Qmail 1.03, Vpopmail 5.4.0, Clamav 0.70, Tnef, Razor 2.40, UcSpi 0.88, SpamAssassin 2.63, etc etc ... I have give a try to see if qmail-scanner work fine, by the "test_installation" script give on the contrib folder. I'm getting this problem : linusk:/var/local/qmail-scanner-1.20/contrib# ./test_installation.sh -doit setting QMAILQUEUE to /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl for this test... Sending standard test message - no viruses... done! Sending eicar test virus - should be caught by perlscanner module... X-Qmail-Scanner-1.22:[linusk10828441624795022] clamdscan: corrupt or unknown clamd scanner error or memory/resource/perms problem - exit status 2 qmail-inject: fatal: qq temporary problem (#4.3.0) Bad error. qmail-inject died linusk:/var/local/qmail-scanner-1.20/contrib# I have must create some folders, as /var/spool/qmailscan, /var/spool/qmailscan/quarantine etc etc ... When i have made the ./configure, i have not get any error the first time, and all the time with the Qmail-Scanner 1.22 release, BUT, with the 1.20 release, without change nothing, i'm now getting error about setuid who need "fd script". So, please, i need your help, my MX Backup will erase all my mails tomorrow, so, i'm in the "shit", if you can help me out, i will realy appreciate.
