Bug.
The fix is already in 1.23 - which I can't release as we're about to change
carriers and I'm rather busy organizing that :-)
But to help you out, edit sub-log_msg.pl and add:
my $nowtime = strftime("%a, %d %b %Y %H:%M:%S %Z", localtime(time));
Just above the final "open LOGMSG" call.
