[Qmail-scanner-general]Per Domain messages

I have a delinquent email account which I'd like to suspend with a bounce message such as "Email for domain.com is suspended...etc". Is this possible with QS, and if so how?   I've been advised that this is not possible anyway with Qmail, hence the question to this QS list, but if it is Qmail configurable, then apologies to this list.   TIA   Stephen
