[Qmail-scanner-general]Drop spam higher a specific score

Hi all,

with qmail-scanner + spamassassin actually i rewrite subject of spam.
But now i want to drop all identified spam that have, for example, score 
higher than 15, ans keep rewrite subject for spam under 15.
How i can do this?
