It's easy to switch from an existing FAQ 5.5 setup to running ofmipd and
qmail-smtpd simultaneously. Set up qmail-smtpd on another IP address;
change your MX record; wait for incoming SMTP connections to stop using
the old IP address; and change the old qmail-smtpd to ofmipd, denying
connections from unauthorized hosts.
