AFAIK, all it does is pass the -v flag to sendmail. qmail's sendmail
clone just ignores -v, so mail should go through just fine, but it
still won't be verbose of course. Note that in qmail's case,
verbosity would not gain anything anyhow, as all that happens is that
the mail is injected into the queue. The rest is done by the daemon,
backstage.
