qmail-send message

Greetings,

How do I change the format of the message generated by qmail-send for mail
deliveries which are non-existent. I want to change:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at my.host.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work
out.

To something a little more personal.
