Don't forget that the problem is when you UPGRADE a RedHat system, not
install it from scratch.

I remind you Mate Wierdl:

This behaviour of upgrade process is obviously a mistake and is
unacceptable. Upgrade should check as many things as possible in order to
get things working the way they were before upgrading.
