Qmail is doing exactly what you told it to.

First of all, you should never have the same domain in both locals, and
virtualdomains.

Second of all, ~alias/.qmail-cecilie:feen will receive all mail addresses
to the local user cecilie.feen, and bounce according to the instructions. 
Everything else will be handled by ~alias/.qmail-default, and, like you
told Qmail to do, will be delivered to thomasp.
