Unless the documentation is logically organized, a newbie will ask "dumb" questions.
README, FAQ, INSTALL.*, PIC* and HOWTO* are all in the same directory. A newbie does 
not know if
s/he is reading preface or the conclusion.

The qmail develpor(s) should put a document, such as README.FIRST which guides a newbie
the logical sequence of the documents to be followed. This would atleast increase 
informed
participation in the forum.
