Steve Cole uses roxen, which he says is so easy to set up and maintain
that he recovered enough Spare Time to spiff up the mirrors listing on
www.qmail.org. His contribution inspired me to write code to check
the mirrors to see if they're up-to-date. As far as I know,
www.qmail.org is the only Internet site which checks up on it's
mirrors. The code to do it is askware (you have to ask for a copy).
