qmail license?

Hi guys,

I'm currently working at a one-way mail spawning tool (_not_ to
substitue ezmlm, Godness! ;-).

I am makeing heavy use of Dan's functions (e.g. strallocs), and so I'd
like to know where I can find the qmail license.

I don't plan to commercially sell anything, but just want to know...
