Hmm I'm using qmail-pop3d myself but I've heard lots of good stuff about cucipop [from
the people who brought you procmail]. You may need to license it for commercial use
though..   ftp://ftp.cuci.nl/pub/cucipop-1.31.tar.gz
Oh.. and it has humor too :)

Also, Cistron (the people who brought you cistron radiusd) is running a popper of
their own make, with maildir _and_ mbox support. I think they're planning to release
it anytime soon...
