Put the files back?
The real answer is that it looks like you've trashed your queue and are
going downhill fast. The warnings will go away eventually. Alternatively you
could start again with a good queue by going:
1. Stop qmail
2. # mv /var/qmail/queue /var/qmail/queue.stuffed
3. # cd myqmail_install_sources && make setup
4. Start qmail
