I just ls'd ~/Maildir/cur in user's directory and found:

Note that there is no FRT extension past the "2,". They have
not been read, which means they should be in ~/Maildir/new.

How did they get into ~/Maildir/cur? The user is using Netscape via
qmail-pop3d to get the mail, and the syslog says that it has not been
accessed for over a week.

How did the stuff get moved into ~/Maildir/cur?

        Thanks,

        John
