Has anyone thought of producing a script (or even a program) to spawn
tcpserver(s) with the appropiate settings based on a config file? I'm
actually laying out something at the moment to do just that, and was
wondering if I'm duplicating anyone elses work? I checked around the qmail
pages and found nothing, but that doesn't mean someone hasn't written
something.

Basically I like the idea of keeping everything in a single file. I'm going
to run other programs using tcpserver, so I want to be able to configure
them easily. (Note: this config file I am setting up in NO WAY resembles
inetd.conf).

There will also be a common methodology for where you keep your access rule
cdb's, which is configurable on a global and/or per instance basis.

If you've got any ideas, I'd be most happy to hear from you. Sample command
lines for some common programs would be good too (as I'd like to create a
FAQ on using tcpserver, and gives me some examples to convert to my script
as well).
